How can I search for a show?
Type the title of the show, or part of the title, into the Search box, and press Enter

Can I obtain discounted tickets online, such as general concessions?
General concessions can be selected, where available. Once you have selected your seats they will be listed immediately below the seating plan. The price band selected will be displayed and adjacent to this is a drop-down list which will contain discounted ticket prices, if applicable. Select the required price by clicking on it. Please ensure you repeat this procedure for all seats for which you require a discount. Note that we do not offer Family Tickets or Group Discounts online. Please call the Box Office on 01902 429212 for further information on these offers.

How do I release a seat if I decide I do not want it?
Clicking the seat on the plan will release it. Alternatively click on the “x” adjacent to the seat number and price which displays underneath the seating plan.

Can I book more than one show in the same transaction?
Yes. Once you have booked your first show move to the bottom of the screen and click on the All Offers link. This will take you to the show search page, from which you can make your next selection.

How many seats can I book?
You may select up to 20 seats in one transaction; this can be from just one show or over a range of shows by repeatedly following the All Offers link after making each selection. Please note that group booking rates are not offered online. If you wish to book a party of 10 or more for an individual performance, please contact our group booking line on 01902 573306.

How can I pay for my tickets?
We accept Visa (including Electron), Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, and Solo cards. A £2 transaction fee is made irrespective of the number of tickets purchased within the transaction.

I am a member of the Friends of the Grand. How do I obtain my discount?
In order for our service to recognise your Friends membership we need to link your membership record with your email address. This needs to be carried out by our Box Office team. You can arrange this either by phoning the Box Office, or alternatively send an email to registration@grandtheatre.co.uk. Please include in your email your name, address and membership number. We will action your request and email your password to you. You can then utilise the online service to obtain priority booking and discounts applicable to your membership level.
